Subscriptions & payment

One credit represents one piece of art or decoration visible in the online gallery.

Yes, subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly, unless you cancel in time.

Cancellation must be made in writing via email. This must be done at least 1 month before the end of your current period.

No, periods that have already been paid will not be refunded.

Upload & presentation

Here you will find useful information and tips on how to best present your work on Happart Bazaar. From uploading images to writing descriptions and compiling your collection: it's all about a strong and stylish presentation of your work.

A minimum of 10 photos are required per artwork:
• 1 full front view
• 1 full back view
• At least 8 detailed photos

No, photos must be realistic and untreated. No watermarks or graphic additions.

Then you must immediately remove the work from your offerings, so that no double sale can occur.

Sales & commission

In this section, you'll find all the practical information about selling through Happart Bazaar, including commissions, payments, shipping, and support for your artworks. This way, you'll know exactly how the sales process works and what to expect when your work is sold through the platform or personal curation.

You will receive a confirmation after a sale. You ship the work within 3 business days using a trackable method. Payout follows upon receipt of shipping confirmation.

Within 5 business days of receiving your proof of shipment.

If Charlotte actively presents your work to her clients (e.g., for collages or interior compositions) and the sale is made through her mediation, a commission of 30% of the sale price will be deducted. In that case, you will receive 70% of the sale price.

Yes, any work you offer can be sold through direct sales or curation.

Shipping & Responsibility

Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and responsibilities is clearly laid out in this section. This ensures both artists and buyers are aware of the agreements concerning transport, packaging, damage, and the handling of a sale.

The seller. You are responsible for packaging, shipping, and insurance if required.

The seller bears the risk of transport until delivery to the buyer. Any damage during transport is your responsibility.

Happart Bazaar applies standard shipping costs to the buyer. If your work requires higher costs, you must include this in your selling price in advance. View the shipping costs here.
